The staff at Sturhahn's is amazing. I went in to get my engagement ring sized one day and they said it would be done later in the day. Unfortunately, I was going to be at work and unable to pick it up, but I really wanted to pick my ring up that day because I had just recently received it. One of the staff members offered to drive it to me at work which I thought was one of the most amazing things. A good business, such as this one, goes above and beyond for their customers. The proprietors, who DO work on the showroom floor, and their friendly staff embrace your needs with empathy and steer you to a place where both product and price fulfill your needs. When Tyler started his search for my engagement ring, they were able to help him find exactly what he was looking for (and were patient with him when he brought it back in to change a few things that he didn't quite love)! When it ended up being just a little too big on my finger and we took it in to get resized, they promised to have it done right away. I will always recommend Tenenbaum's in a heartbeat.
